Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your organized space, which is why Modular Closets offers a 30-day return policy on all standard modular units in their original, unassembled packaging. Please note that custom-cut components and installed systems are not eligible for return due to their personalized nature.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Ensure all panels, hardware, and instructions are placed back in their original boxes; items must be in resalable condition and free from assembly marks.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided RMA label to your package and ship the items back to our warehouse via your preferred carrier; we recommend using a trackable service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned units for damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee.
